• Any unauthorized use of your account must be reported immediately.
• Prestige Shaila administrators (Head Control) hold the authority to manage accounts, update passwords upon request, and modify roles for administrative purposes.

3. Program Applications

• All information provided during the application process must be accurate and truthful.
• Submitted applications are reviewed by our Head Control team. We reserve the right to approve, reject, or request payment based on internal screening criteria.
• Applicants may only modify their applications if granted permission by an administrator.

4. Payments and Refunds

• Program fees must be paid in full by the stipulated deadline.
• Refund policies vary by program and are strictly subject to the timeline communicated during the enrollment phase. Administrative and non-refundable deposit fees may apply.

5. Limitation of Liability

Prestige Shaila makes all reasonable efforts to ensure the safety and success of our programs. However, we are not liable for circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, travel delays, or actions of third-party schools and homestays that do not constitute gross negligence.
